I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and National Certified Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity struggles, and life transitions. My approach helps people understand their story, make sense of their pain, and move toward healing with greater clarity, purpose, and direction. I integrate evidence based practices with a deeper focus on identity, values, and meaning, and for clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian faith into counseling. My goal is to offer a compassionate, honest, and growth oriented space.
