I am a private practice located on a farm which provides a unique and private therapy experience. Getting out of the city may help you to relax and focus in a calm natural environment. I specialize in substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is to help build skills and knowledge to allow you to take charge of your treatment and life. I utilize a variety of therapies such as CBT, ACT, Motiv. Int., Equine, and Mindfulness. I do not have an agenda, I will listen to your needs and goals and create a plan with you to achieve them. Today is a new day, you can use it to start reaching your goals.
I have the education and life experience to work with people who are trying to understand their substance use, co-occurring disorders, trauma or anxiety. I have a strong belief in finding ones inner peace and strength to help guide them through the ups and downs of life. Life can be difficult but it doesn't have to be overwhelming.
I decided to start my private practice because I wanted a more hands on approach to treating my clients. I offer a variety of services to help build confidence and peace. I feel that the more a person is involved in their care the more long lasting positive results. Come to my farm and experience an alternative to traditional therapy.
