My journey has taken me down many roads. I have a few years of experience helping individuals, couples and families in Hawaii in the areas of mental health and addictions. In my years as a clinician I've worked with both adults and children struggling with a diversity of issues, some of which include substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting issues, depression, and anxiety. I have learned how to adjust my approach to best suit the needs of my clients, regardless of age or background.
I have a strong understanding of life's many directions that may lead us down a path that seems to have no exit or a u turn. I have learned to find the best fit of therapy for each individual's needs as we work toward changing the direction.
