A Mind's Journey is a multicultural agency which creates a safe space for persons to begin on the path of improving their quality of life, by healing the Mind, Body and Spirit. We seek to empower our clients to capitalize on their strengths, improve their lives and become healthy and well.
We are a Trauma-Informed Practice which provides clinical services for Children (ages 6-17), Adults, and Seniors from a diverse group of clinicians in the areas of: Anger Management, Couples Therapy, Crisis intervention, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, Grief & Bereavement Support, Home-based Therapy, Individual & Group Therapy.
We are interactive, dedicated and solution focused to empower our clients to positively heal their mind, body and spirit. Our therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help one effectively. Our practice consist of English and Spanish speaking clinicians.
