I empower clients to move from thinking and living their problems to setting goals,taking action and learning to protect their progress. I create an atmosphere that is relaxed, informative and empowering during the therapy session.
I am a solution oriented /cognitive/behavioral therapist that uses sound psychological skills interfaced with christian based principals to help people live with purpose and well being.
