I specialize in helping people move through crisis, transitions and chronic relational and behavioral cycles. I empower clients to move from thinking and living their problems to setting goals,taking action and learning to protect their progress. I create an atmosphere that is relaxed, informative and empowering during the therapy session.
I am a solution oriented /cognitive/behavioral therapist that uses sound psychological skills interfaced with christian based principals to help people live with purpose and well being.
Over 30yrs. of experience that cover mental health, addictions and relational crisis in a variety of venues to include: inpt,outpt.institutions, transitional/halfway facilities, prisons,crisis centers, mediation centers and hospitals offer a deep well rounded experience to those clients served in my private practice.
