We have collectively 20 plus years of counseling experience and prior to being counselors years of teaching in public and private classroom environments.

We provide an eclectic or integrative therapy approach to best meet the needs of each individual client, couple or family that we work along side. Essentially this means we utilize the tools that work best for each client, if one intervention or tool doesn't work, we try another.

Our therapeutic philosophy, or approach, is that of unconditional positive regard. Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and warm atmosphere for individuals, families, adolescents, children or couples, from all walks of life to grow in a positive way.
