Adolescent Embodied Group (Virtual)

This VIRTUAL group is a space to explore embodiment through movement and other creative arts therapies. Group is open to adolescents in high school looking for extra support. We will explore topics such as compassion, connection, and coping in the world of COVID and beyond. Therapist referral is recommended. Participants will need a journal (art supplies optional), space to move, and initial 12 session commitment. There will be option to continue after session commitment has ended. Group cost $650 (initial consult + 12 group meetings) and is limited to eight (8) group members. New groups forming now.
