As a Marriage and Family Therapist I focus on the systems around and inside of you. My philosophy is, you must honestly know yourself in relationships to identify yourself as an individual. There are no individuals in the world, only fragments of families trying to express themselves. I work with those that are curious about the world around them. I support breaking generational curses and patterns, to help find your true self. I support disenfranchised groups through the time we all living in. I focus on Social Justice through an experiential lens, that challenges our way of existing.
I guide you through a transformative journey by using active listening, powerful questions, mindfulness, and building a safe space. I work with couples and families to identify and challenge internal issues in their system. I also support adults and adolescents in self-discovery and offer an empathic ear. I broaden your perspective to see the possibilities.
