Hello! I’m Stefanie Marino-Goodrich, and I have experience working in both outpatient settings and school settings. I work with children ages 3-12 with a variety of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and school related concerns. Working in the school system has provided me the opportunity to navigate and understand the regular education and special education systems.
I utilize ARC, CBT and trauma informed practices while approaching your child's needs with a holistic perspective. I also enjoy incorporating movement/yoga, mindfulness skills and meditation into therapy when appropriate.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength based and I take the time to build a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. I am happy to discuss my approach and background with you to ensure we are a good fit!
