Announcement icon Please take care during this period of COVID-19! We are all in this together. I would be happy to support you through Video Telepsychology.
Thanks for your interest in future counseling services! I am currently accepting new clients for secure Video Telepsychology sessions typically for one to two visits, each month. I offer support and helpful strategies in working with a range of presenting concerns, including challenges with attachment, anxiety, anger, relationship distress, LGBTQ and Multicultural concerns, and support with identity development. Together, we can help you to build a "toolbox" filled with coping skills, ranging from relaxation to guided mindfulness meditation techniques, to cultivating ways to better accept your thoughts and feelings.
Using an integrative approach, we typically focus on furthering your awareness of healthy coping skills and positive life directions that best match with your values. Of key importance is maintaining a safe space for every client across all cultural backgrounds (e.g., gender, sexual, racial, spiritual identities). Let's work together to help you feel better!
HIPPA Compliant Video Telehealth is available for clients residing in Rhode Island. Afternoon, evening, & weekend sessions are welcomed! Professional Connections

Dr. Chantelle Pseekos is a kind, non-judgmental and insightful psychologist and I would give her my highest recommendation. She is a gifted therapist and is especially skilled in working with anxiety, identity issues and academic and/or career concerns. She does an exceptional job at creating a safe place where clients can openly explore their concerns and, in fact, many people say that her presence alone is very soothing.
