Group members first complete at least one individual intake appointment with Dr. Chantelle before joining this group. Potential group members who are a nice match typically graduated from college (undergraduate or graduate school) within the past four years and often fall in the 21-45 age range. Group members participate actively and rotate sharing and presenting on topics related to this life transition. Themes of adjusting into work life, navigating new relationships, and individuating from family are often explored.
