Anxiety, depression, hurt from relationships, and current stressors can make day-to-day life feel like quicksand. You're unable to move forward to the life and freedom you want no matter how hard you try. You may feel confused and overwhelmed, not knowing what will help or where to start. Or maybe you have some ideas of what needs to change, but can't understand why you can't make it happen. Sometimes all we need are the right tools and someone who listens with caring and empathy to help us really move forward in a lasting way.
My goal is to teach practical tools, while also addressing the root of the problem, so you feel the relief and joy of healing. I integrate mindfulness and practical coping skills to manage stress and emotions. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to process, and I use evidence-based techniques, like EMDR, EFIT, and CBT, to change unhelpful patterns.
I am here to make these first step of reaching out easy and guide you through the process of change.
