In relationship and couples counseling, I help clients develop effective communication and conflict management skills, and relationship building blocks which generate understanding, intimacy, satisfaction, respect, affection, appreciation, and the mutual support that is so important for reaching personal aspirations. I have led classes and published research in psychoeducation, self-development, intimacy, etc.
When integrated, our behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and bodies are resources that promote healthy lifestyles, habits, and choices. My expertise in body-mind and mindfulness approaches can address the connection between problems, stresses and health concerns. I am a clinical psychologist and counselor with over 27 years of experience in dealing with many concerns.
