We will set goals based on what you want to accomplish. We can include diet, exercise, spirituality and social needs in your plan, if you wish. Since each person is unique, your plan will be unique to you. We can target panic attacks, grief, disturbing memories, phobias, stress reduction and sexual or physical abuse.
