My ideal clients are children, preteens, and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or social struggles. Many feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express their emotions. I use CBT, person-centered therapy, art, and play therapy to help them build self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills. My sessions are creative, supportive, and tailored to each child’s needs, helping them build confidence, express emotions, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe space.
