I work from a deep trust in somatic intelligence. Our bodies hold wisdom that can tune us toward inherent natural rhythms. I approach the process of helping clients align more closely with these rhythms by integrating evidence based practices of internal family systems (IFS), the gestalt integrative process, jungian depth psychology, attachment psychology, somatic awareness, and mindfulness.
I have training in psychotherapeutic support for altered states of consciousness and outdoor/wilderness therapy. I also have over 10 years of experience working in disability advocacy.
I have an undergraduate degree in creative writing and a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Providing a safe space for people of all genders and sexualities is important to me. I also love working with those identifying with neurodivergence.
I like being outside, working with my hands, dancing with friends, and daydreaming.
