If you are looking to make changes, or to improve certain areas of your life (relationships, self esteem, family), counseling is a great way to get started. I have worked with a variety of people with varying concerns, but feel that I am particularly experienced in working with those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, are attempting to improve interpersonal relationships, or identify solutions. I enjoy working with teens, college students, women, and families. I highly value the counseling relationship and feel it is a place of respect, acceptance, and compassion.
