I work with adults 25+ who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and/or PTSD. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by things they’ve been carrying for a long time. With over 10 years of experience, I help people become more intentional in how they respond to difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work to shift long-standing ways of thinking and behaving—creating space for change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

It is possible to find joy in the darkest of places.

How can you learn to let go? People suffer because of things have happened to them: a bad relationship, family issues, transitions to a new life stage, early childhood trauma. Sometimes it feels like those past injuries hold you in place, make it so you’re barely treading water. These injuries cause anxiety and depression, addiction, nightmares, isolation, a lack of connection.

You might look like you have it all together—on paper, everything should be great. But internally, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted from constantly doing, pleasing and pushing through. You may struggle to set boundaries, battle intrusive thoughts, wonder if you'll ever be good enough, or find it difficult to break unhealthy patterns in relationships. You are not broken—you are just in survival mode all of the time. If what once helped you cope is no longer serving you, it's time to try something different.

Helping people uncover truths about themselves as we work together toward your healing and wholeness is my passion. I am experienced in collaborating with clients to challenge negative self concepts by building on existing strengths. I believe processing issues such as shame, low self worth, and identity formation does not need to be done alone, and is worth every ounce of effort. With empathy, compassion, respect, humility, and a little humor along the way, it is my strong desire to help clients overcome unhealthy emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns due to family of origin issues and/or trauma.

While teenagers and young adults are not the ideal client for some, I like to think I'm a bit different. I really enjoy working with teens, young adults, and young people in general- especially those with attachment and trauma issues. Additionally, working with the families of those teens is one of the quickest routes to healing, and I feel that you can't help the teen without also helping the family. I do this through trauma informed therapies such as, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
