I create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I will aid you in developing the coping skills you need and helping you process the experiences of your past.
This is not traditional talk therapy. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), you can achieve relief 60–80% faster than traditional talk therapy. I utilize Blueprint Health, a cutting-edge technology that ensures accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and measures for up-to-date progress.
EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy work by helping you process, reframe, and move past your trauma.
