Through Personal Adjustment Counseling our clients focus on their strengths using a person centered approach. I have experience treating mental health issues with counseling for children, teens and adults. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, families and groups. I provide assistance for children with school related problems. In the area of Vocational Counseling I provide assessments to evaluate skills, personalities, abilities and interests to assist individuals to discover new career paths or adjusting to current career.
My counseling specialties include counseling for individuals, couples and families with issues of depression, post traumatic stress, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, and adjustment to disabilities. I have experienced success in helping teens cope with their unique issues and lead them to understand how to make healthy choices.
I facilitate a Men's Support Group to address emotional issues that affect their relationships in a safe, therapeutic, and supportive group. Topics may include communication, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, depression, coping skills, grief and loss, motivation and unemployment. This group meets weekly, call for schedule

Men's Process Group
New men's support group forming (3/2/19) for men coping with emotional issues that are affecting their relationships. This group will focus on understanding men't emotional needs in a safe, therapeutic, and supportive group. Topics may include: communication, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, depression, coping skills, grief and loss, motivation, unemployment.
