I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling within difficult emotional experiences, transitions like divorce, or within relationships.
I also specialize in utilizing Art Therapy as a means of both understanding and facilitating change in my work with young people as well as adults. Children communicate their inner world through play and art, for what they don't yet have the cognitive development to put into words.
I have 10 years experience in working with children as young as 2 years, teenagers, parents, and adults. I bring a warm and compassionate presence as I desire to provide a safe place for you to explore your feelings. Counseling can often feel vulnerable, but it is also life changing.
