I help individuals create meaningful change in their lives by providing the relationship, container, and opportunities for clients to heal through trauma, anxiety, and depression. In doing so clients are able to live more full, authentic, and genuine lives free from the past and grounded in the present. I enjoy working with adults who are dealing with or have experienced trauma, loss, oppression (internal and external), sexual identity, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is interactive and based on a client-centered, strength-based, recovery model. I believe that the client has the innate power to change and heal. It is within the therapeutic relationship that clients uncover, discover, and elicit their inner strengths, gifts, and healing processes.
I utilize Mindful Self Compassion, Eco-Therapy, CBT, and EMDR in my practice. I am seeing clients in person in my Bellingham location and I am available by telehealth for all clients. I do not offer free consultations and will not respond if you reach out when my profile says that I am not accepting new clients. Thank you
