I am a clinician who strongly believes in the importance of authentic human connection and a feeling of belonging. In today's world, it can feel isolating in both physical & emotional ways, sometimes resulting in unfamiliar/uncomfortable feelings. The good news is that those feelings don't have to be permanent and you are capable of learning coping skills to manage them. My background includes working with diverse populations and age ranges. From those experiences, I draw from a person centered, strength based perspective. I strive to honor who you are, where you've been and what experiences have helped to shape you.

Accepting new clients for April! Panic attacks are terrifying. Your heart is pounding, your chest is tight, and even when it passes you're left waiting for the next one. You start avoiding things, rearranging your life, and doing whatever it takes to feel safe. It works, until it doesn't, and your world becomes smaller and smaller. If panic has been quietly taking over, you don't have to just manage it. I specialize in helping women learn coping skills to manage panic and gain self understanding to get to the root of it. I offer a structured 12-week program to help your body and brain stop the panic cycle and rebuild self trust.

When I am introduced to a new client, I want to know why the client has chosen therapy and what needs and goals the client has. Once we discuss this then we will determine the path that we should use to meet those goals. Normally I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy or Cognitive Behavior Therapy because I feel that these two types of therapy work well with a variety of issues. I strongly believe in a strength based client focused type of therapy. Everyone has inner strength and I would help you identify those strengths

Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to take it alone. With over 12 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, I’ve learned that every story is unique—and every person deserves to feel heard, understood, respected, and supported without judgment.
