I am a clinician who strongly believes in the importance of authentic human connection and a feeling of belonging. In today's world, it can feel isolating in both physical & emotional ways, sometimes resulting in unfamiliar/uncomfortable feelings. The good news is that those feelings don't have to be permanent and you are capable of learning coping skills to manage them. My background includes working with diverse populations and age ranges. From those experiences, I draw from a person centered, strength based perspective. I strive to honor who you are, where you've been and what experiences have helped to shape you.

I offer a structured 12-week program to help your body and brain stop the panic cycle and rebuild self trust.

When I am introduced to a new client, I want to know why the client has chosen therapy and what needs and goals the client has.
