I have specific experience in working with adults with a focus on, anxiety, depression, loss and grief and self-esteem. I have further experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ population as well as POC.
I focus on client centered goals, and meet my clients where they are at. What do you want to achieve? How do you envision your life? What changes do you want to make, that will be the most beneficial to you?
I use creative techniques in session, such as; art, music, play and drama. I am interested in utilizing your areas of interest, in order to help you overcome barriers and obstacles, related to your treatment goals.
