I believe that healthy relationships are the foundation to a happy and successful life. As humans we are ever changing, and as we move through the stages of life we are sometimes faced with unexpected challenges. In my practice, clients and I explore issues with which they are struggling. I provide helpful tools and strategies by offering my clients a fresh perspective on the issues they may be facing. Together we explore obstacles that can become barriers in a healthy functioning system. In each session, we explore ways to improve communication and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with others.
I offer services to adults, children and their families, addressing a wide range of problems. Individuals and families struggling with behavioral problems, relationship issues, anxiety, mood disorders, identity, and self-image issues are part of my clinical practice. I have a particular interest in working with couples.
I use an integrative, strength-based, and systemic approach to therapy. I focus on the client's environment, interpersonal relationships, personal strengths and specific needs and provide a safe environment for exploration,discussion and goal setting.
