I’m a bicultural, bilingual immigrant therapist passionate about supporting and empowering people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and other marginalized groups. I’m committed—both personally and professionally—to challenging oppression and fostering a more equitable, safe world.
My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I see healing as something that happens through genuine connection, and that means building a warm, trusting relationship where you feel truly seen, where your unique path, values, and goals are respected and supported.

Apologies, practice is full! My practice foundation: each of us naturally moves toward thriving (adjusting to and overcoming all variety of obstacles we encounter in life). Sometimes, we face especially difficult circumstances that seem to delay this process. I focus on guiding and challenging people to identify what is contributing to their current difficulty and the personal and environmental resources available to effectively work through the situation. The therapeutic relationship is key, providing a supportive opportunity for individuals to get clear about change they want to work toward and begin the positive change process.
