As a child, adolescent, and adult therapist, I customize treatment to clients of all ages and all walks of life. The art and science of counseling is one of listening, reflecting, teaching, and learning. It is a process of co-creation where individual differences and unique challenges to the human experience are valued. You will find my twenty years of experience as a therapist useful in assisting you to move through such experiences as family transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other issues. I seek to help you find resolution to challenges your are facing in your life.
I invite you to contact me with your questions and concerns or to schedule an appointment.
I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I also work with PTSD and family of origin issues. I have a special interest in working with divorce and families in transition. Modalities of practice include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Play therapy, Anger management, Stress Management and Parent Education.
