My practice supports clients from college age to retirement age, covering the gamut of life's milestones from launching to retirement. I work with clients that feel challenged by partner relationships, family relationships, friend relationships, work relationships, commitment, divorce, parenting stress, caregiver roles, aging, grief, loss and more. With a corporate career spanning 20+ years prior to therapist, my approach is highly engaged, interactive and works best for those looking for collaborative approaches to finding strategies that work.
The foundation of my work draws from attachment theory while utilizing proven tools from narrative therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness based work. We look at the inner relationship you have with yourself, and the relationships you have with others, which informs our strategy for reaching the goals established in therapy.
