I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Holistic Health Coach. I provide individual mental health and wellness counseling to adolescents and adults, as well as parenting support for parents and caregivers of hard to reach teens.
I am trained in the use of mindfulness-based interventions, which I regularly incorporate in to my practice with clients to support them in being more present in their day to day lives and to identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and acting that create barriers to fulfillment
