I practice both in person from West Seattle and via telehealth with clients throughout Washington. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents dealing with a problem in living. I specialize in working with: recovery from anxiety or depression; addressing conflict or dissatisfaction in one’s intimate or family relationships; alcohol or drug use, or another form of addiction; and processing and healing physically or emotionally traumatic experiences, whether from childhood or current. My experiences have fostered in me the belief that change can happen for anyone.
I believe in adjusting my approach to the needs of the client I am working with. I offer a supportive framework where individuals can explore the conflicts and struggles they are facing. It is a time for reflection and thoughtfulness and I’m careful to help my clients to feel deepened by this experience.
I have brought my approach to therapy to my work with different kinds of people: professionals, college students, people of color, gays and lesbians, soldiers, veterans, and homeless adolescents to name a few.
