Welcome. I'm here to guide you to develop curiosity towards and a deeper understanding of your habits and patterns of behavior and thought. I am a Vipassana meditator and am familiar with 12 step programs.
I use multiple approaches including parts work and somatic therapies to address past relational wounds and trauma. My background in early childhood development and trauma helps me to work with your present experience in the context of your early experiences.
I aim to help you develop a sense of ease and power over your own life through development of differentiation and mindfulness. I look forward to connecting with you with a free phone consultation where we can discuss goodness of fit and set some initial intentions for our work together.
