I view therapy as a no-expiration invitation to return to ourselves and a space where we reach for what has felt untouchable. I believe we can only work to the extent that you feel you can trust me. Because of this, we will give focused time to our relationship dynamic.
We will also look at your other relationships, values, beliefs and feelings. We will look at the meaning you've made of your pain. We will dig into the stories you tell. Gather around what lives in your body. We'll look deeply at what you desire, and what feels in the way. We will honor how you have survived, as all coping has roots in wisdom.
With your permission, we will relocate your innate ability to heal...the things you used to know in your bones that got lost along the way.
