We all find ourselves stuck at times in unwanted patterns or past hurts and are unsure how to move forward. In my work as a counselor, I have been able to help individuals discover new ways of relating to themselves and others, integrate painful memories to find wholeness, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulty and negative core beliefs. Additionally, I work effectively with individuals struggling with abusive relationships and spiritual questions. If you find yourself struggling in any of these ways, I can help.
