Welcome to my practice. I know that taking the first step to therapy can be scary. I want to create a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable opening up and exploring what issues are bringing them in to therapy. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients from many different backgrounds. I enjoy getting to know the client as an individual and use a wide range of techniques specific to that individual. I want my clients to feel secure and know that they are not being judged in my presence. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of my clients and helping them achieve their goals.
I use a variety of theories in my practice and tailor my approach to the client I am working with. My specialties include anxiety, depression, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, grief and loss, family of origin issues, couples therapy, relationship issues, boundary setting, mothers of young children, adolescents 16 years and up as well as adults.
