My approach establishes the foundation of treatment on these innate strengths to overcome challenges, as to move towards increased life satisfaction & healthy relationships.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and women. I provide therapy to individuals, family systems, and groups. Some of the challenges I treat include; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, teenage issues, parent-child discord, sibling conflict, adoption, social skills, and work life balance.
My approach to therapy utilizes the individual & family's cultural values, ideals, beliefs and spirituality to increase empowerment.
