As a mental health counselor, I am committed to developing a positive and helpful partnership with each client during the therapy process. Working with individuals and couples, I look at how our environment, life experience, and current relationships affect choices and decisions made. I am trained in Parental care, and specialize in postpartum anxiety and depression. I also work with couples who are married, engaged or dating.

I am a certified Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS facilitator providing tools couples need to strengthen their relationship. Prior to starting our group practice back in 2014 with my husband Drew Konzelman, I worked for 10+ years in management and director roles for known Seattle-based companies. I also worked in a university setting counseling college students.

With my previous work experience, I also focus on women in the workplace, personal growth and development, self-esteem building, work/life balance, and stress management.
