A large part of why I have chosen to be a counselor is to simply help those in need. Many people come to therapy wanting relief from life’s challenges, answers to hard questions, or simply to be seen by and connected to another. My hope is that by choosing to engage in therapy, you will be able to experience all the goodness that comes from being respected, valued, and cared for in a truly meaningful way.
Professionally, I have over ten years of experience working with individuals and couples who are struggling with sexual issues. Currently, I am working toward my certification as a sex therapist but have done extensive training around compulsive sexual behaviors and provide individual and group treatment. I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate.
On a personal note, I am a proud father of three kids and a husband to a wife that I love dearly. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy my free time connecting with friends and being active with my children when the weather around here cooperates!

Groups
Sexual Compulsivity Group
This group is structured to help men who are struggling with acting on their sexuality in ways that create dysfunction within themselves or their interpersonal relationships. We are currently meeting through Telehealth means but eventually will transition to in-person soon. Group sessions last 90 minutes and involves checking in, meditation, and weekly homework centered on personal growth and reflecting on positive sexual choices.
