Offering a shame-free space, I engage issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and PTSD, to challenges surrounding neurodivergent needs, GLBTQ+ empowerment, divorce, abuse, and personal boundaries. My clinical philosophy revolves around responding to a client's unique needs and goals with an individualized treatment plan. My overriding objective is to truly meet people where they are at and to walk with them at their own pace. I am currently only offering Telehealth sessions.
I have been working in the relationship abuse field for over 20 years. I specialize in empowering survivors of traumatic experiences to rebuild a sense of positive power in their lives. Combining expertise in power and control tactics with post-traumatic growth methods, I provide a healing environment based on empathy, genuine connection, and mutual respect.
