I specialize in child therapy, ages 2-8. My approach is based within Synergetic Play Therapy, a model of play therapy targeted to help re-wire the lowest regions of the brain and support children in finding new ways to respond to stress. The parents I work with are typically curious about how they can best support their children, especially in learning new ways to respond to challenging moments.

Change is hard, and we often need support and assistance in meeting our goals. Whether you're struggling with a long-standing mental health issue, facing a life transition, or problem-solving an environmental challenge, counseling can offer an opportunity to grow, heal, and ultimately thrive.
