Welcome! I provide psychotherapy services for people interested in making long-term and lasting changes in their lives. My approach focuses on fostering self-awareness through exploration of your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I believe warmth, caring and the ability to really listen are key ingredients in creating a safe and effective therapeutic relationship.
Relationships are so important. In childhood relationships shape us and in adulthood they can be a source of joy, and connection. I focus on helping people repair and sustain loving relationships that nurture and support them. Many relationship struggles can lead to depression, anxiety or low self-worth which are some of the most common conditions I treat.
I also specialize in working with new parents as they traverse the sometimes bumpy road to parenthood. Kids change everything! Learning to care for your baby while simultaneously caring for yourself and juggling other important life responsibilities can sometimes feel like an insurmountable challenge, but help is available.
