My passion is assisting adults and couples to increase in resilience, coping and stress management skills and in the ability to encourage and appreciate themselves and others.
My areas of focus include couple relationships, adult family relationships, adoption issues (all ages), ADHD, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. I opened my practice in 2003.
