Are you in the midst of a major life transition, like a divorce or job loss, and feel confused about how to move forward? Do you struggle with relationship issues like how to communicate better with a loved one, have trouble navigating conflicts, or have a desire to have more joy-filled relationships? Not only do I have book knowledge about these issues, I have lived many of them, just like you. I believe that we all need a little coaching and encouragement at times. I have a direct, compassionate and solution focused style and have 30 years experience in the field.
I work with individuals and couples and specialize in relationship issues. I love working with people in life transition. I am a certified Relational Life Therapist and I use a variety of resources (EFT, Gottman, polyvagal, Couples Institute) to custom fit my approach to my clients' needs. I have training in sex therapy as well. I also do groups.
I enjoy working with people struggling to express emotions. The connection between a client and therapist is the most important part of a successful outcome.
