I provide therapy for men and women around life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, guilt and shame, recovering from physical or sexual abuse, trauma and PTSD, identity and self image, spiritual development and spiritual abuse. I personally and professionally understand the dynamics that accompany many of these life challenges. The art of counseling is in the sensitivity, presence, attunement and humility that a counselor demonstrates when building a relationship with a client.

Accepting NEW Clients (ages 18-65) as of 5/14/25 for Medication Management (I am not taking clients for therapy). Appointments are available in 2-4 weeks. Complete the Patient Inquiry Form on my website. You will receive a response the same or next day. My practice is primarily composed of adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I find that people reach out to treatment when excessive worry, low motivation, and negative thinking can lead to feeling less confident in their work, behind on tasks at home, and impacting relationships. I don't treat ADHD and I don't prescribe controlled substances, such as Xanax for anxiety.

Hello! I am so glad you're here. As you’ve embarked on your search for a therapist, I’m sure many questions have come up. What kind of therapist do I need? How will I tell my story? Who will I trust and connect with? Will I ever feel better? While many of these questions are yours to answer, I hope I can help make the search easier. Like you, I’ve struggled with my mental health, worked to maintain connections and boundaries with others, explored my identity and overall traveled the ups and downs of life. In some ways we may be the same, and in other ways not.

As an EMDR Certified clinician, I take a different approach to counseling. If you're tired of traditional talk therapy, or want to try EMDR because you've heard others sing its praises, you're in the right place. EMDR is a counseling method that helps people overcome a number of issues including trauma, anxiety, self-esteem problems, feeling like an imposter and more. Much like the healing that takes place in REM sleep, EMDR heals using eye movements to reprocess the experiences we've had that lead to these concerns so that they sit in the brain differently. And they no longer feel true!
