My practice provides psychological services for adults. My practice has developed out of a special concern for assisting individuals and their families understand their total psychological experience, including the significance of unconscious emotional processes, which greatly affect psychological well being. Psychotherapy helps individuals learn to use their internal and external resources to their fullest potential. Psychotherapy also encourages and supports healthy emotional development by helping individuals understand and utilize their emotional experience.
Psychotherapy is recommended when psychodiagnostic evaluation has identified emotional problems or psychological difficulties that are adversely effecting the lives of individuals and their families.
My practice treats emotional problems such as adjustment and performance difficulties in work or in school, relationship conflicts, and disturbances of thinking and feeling, including anxiety and depression.
