Life is a journey that sometimes has a lot more bumps in the road than we anticipated. The often complicated challenges can leave us feeling stuck, depressed and anxious. Looking for the right therapist to help can be a confusing and frustrating task. I offer a very safe, empathetic, non-judgemental environment where we will work together to understand the issues that are troubling you and then create practical, common sense solutions. Change can be uncomfortable but also incredibly rewarding. I work with clients in a respectful, collaborative way that often even allows us to have some fun in the process.
My philosophy is simple. I want to help you feel better. I provide a non-judgmental, genuinely warm and supportive setting for you to begin the process of changing what is not working in your life or your relationships. My direct approach and easy-going style creates an atmosphere of safety.
I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. I have two undergraduate degrees, one in Fine Art and one in Business so I bring an eclectic mix of education and life experience to my work with clients.
