Daily challenges, painful experiences or emotions, and uncertainty are all common, shared experiences of being human. These moments along with simply feeling lost, alone, stuck, sad or anxious offer opportunities for healing and growth! Starting therapy is a positive step towards accessing inner resilience and bringing voice to your authentic self. Through individual, group, and family counseling, I work with kids, "tweens," teens and adults navigating a range of life's stressors including transitions, relationship issues, anxiety/overwhelm, grief/loss, school/work struggles, parenthood, caregiving, and finding purpose.

Your past is invading your present. Your emotions overwhelm you at times. Many of your relationships are unfulfilling - or outright painful. Your self-esteem is low to non-existent, and you often feel you aren’t good enough. Celebrating your successes is hard for you because you feel like you don’t deserve them. Your inner critic is your constant companion. And the worst part is: overcoming these obstacles seems like a huge mountain to climb. You don’t know where or who to go to for help. We all need connection more than ever right now. I’d love to help!

When life's challenges stack up and leave us feeling limited, paralyzed, isolated, or addicted, thriving gives way to surviving. Relationships and jobs suffer - sometimes noticeably. Engaging in therapy can reverse this progression and help to regain a sense of movement, ease, and joy. I welcome the opportunity to work with adults and teens with addictions, depression, anxiety, peri/menopause, ADHD, trauma, men’s issues, challenging family systems, and those marginalized by oppressive systems.

Experiencing trauma or upheaval can be destabilizing and isolating. It can erode the relationships we value the most while making us call into question our sense of identity. Even if we avoid consciously thinking about it, the imprint of our past can wreak havoc on our physical health, our nervous system, and our present experience. The healing process asks us tune into our intuition and our bodies so that we can notice which parts of ourselves most need our attention and care. I can offer tools and support for those seeking to regain a sense of safety and connection with themselves, others, and the world around them.

I provide therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of strengths and challenges. I integrate Expressive Arts with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process feelings and experiences, reduce inner conflict, and improve relationships. I use a multi-arts, or intermodal, approach, which means I use movement, visual art, music and sound, writing, and mindfulness as therapeutic tools to initiate healing and change. Since this work is based on the creative process and not the resulting product, no background or training in the arts is required to benefit.

I help trauma survivors break free from old, damaging patterns and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-worth. My clients are often high-achievers and perfectionists who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and caught in the cycle of keeping everyone else happy. They’re highly sensitive to conflict and often struggle to feel secure or connected in their relationships. Many have attachment patterns shaped by trauma, leading to feelings of anxiety, disconnection, or even suffocation in relationships.

Many of my clients look successful on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected inside. They’re thoughtful adults—often in tech, the trades, or caregiving—who rely on logic yet find it doesn’t ease emotional pain. Some face burnout or perfectionism; others navigate trauma, grief, identity, or neurodivergence. They want steadiness, clarity, and relief from constant overthinking, along with a calm, practical space to understand themselves and move toward a more grounded, balanced life.
