Over the years what I consistently hear from individuals who come to my office is that they are looking for a place to not just understand why they feel the way they do, but to also get help making changes so they can live more abundently. Often times distress comes not just from the past, but also from not understanding why events that happened sometimes years ago are still impacting them today. More than this, they want to both discover and be aided toward making changes necessary to have a more fulfilling life.
During the last 25+ years I have offered both mental health and addictions care to individuals and couples. My commitment to care extends to a broad range of populations. The Therapy I provide comes from a range of perspectives gained from experience and ongoing training. The services I provide are covered by OHP, YCCO, and some private insurance.
