I offer individual and family therapy for adults and teens 13 years and up. I utilize a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Non-Violent Communication and anger management. As a Christian, I consider faith a great strength and support in meeting life’s challenges and I enjoy integrating it in counseling with clients that are interested.
I specialized in working with youth (ages 13-21). This pivotal stage of life offers amazing potential for positive change. With more than 10 years experience counseling young people in a variety of contexts, I have much to draw on in meeting their specific needs.
I see mind, body and spirit as essentially connected. This is why I offer a holistic approach, considering how physical health and spiritual health interplay with mental health.
