I am a local female of Hawaiian, Japanese, Caucasian ethnicities. I've worked with children, adults, and families for over fifteen years. I enjoy yoga, dance, play, art, spirituality, and pets for therapy. I am culturally competent and enjoy working with all ethnicities, gender and spiritual identities.
I work with clients that suffer from PTSD/trauma, Loss/Grief, Anxiety and Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Parent/Child Attachment issues, and Addiction. I use various interventions such as TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Child/Parent Psychotherapy, Play therapy, and Couples Therapy.
