Through my experience over the past 10 years I have found that I have a passion with working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking growth within themselves and their relationships.

I utilize a variety of client-centered approaches with my clients as I believe every person is unique and processes their issues differently. Some of the approaches that I use, but are not limited to, are experiential therapy, solution focused therapy, strategic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy.
