Hello, there! I treat a variety of mental health concerns, and I specialize in gender-affirmative care for transgender, nonbinary, gender diverse, and intersex people. You might be questioning your gender or want to talk with an experienced therapist. Perhaps you have come out & are finding dealing with other people’s reactions challenging. Perhaps stress has taken its toll and you are having symptoms of anxiety or depression. I can help you navigate these challenges to feel better. Working with neurodiversity is wonderful and I welcome all parts of your experience.
With over 16 years of experience in mental health and with gender, my framework is that every person’s gender identity and gender journey is individualized, unique, valid, and wonderful. My mission in working with people is to enrich lives and explore possibilities. I am a supportive and resourceful therapist with the expertise to partner with you.
Whether you are finding challenges with other people, your thoughts, or the ability to live your best and authentic life, I can help you sort through it all. Transition is an individualized process that deserves an individualized & focused approach. I provide surgery referral letters and resources to support you on your gender journey.
